Customer Rating: Summary: ugly in person Comment: the leather looks thin and cheap in person and it's just so plain and ugly. it's a comfortable shape and drop from shoulder but still ugly. The zipper pull keeps turning & it takes a while to zipper it sometimes. They need to put a round zipper pull on it - not square hardware.
Also, the zipper doesn't go all the way to the end. It stops about an inch from the end of the bag & you can't open the bag all the way.
Check out the picture of the cream bag & you'll notice that. That's as far as it opens. So the far right side doesn't open all the way. It's aggravating.
